1. What sizes do you offer?

Our apparel follows a relaxed oversized fit. Each product page includes a size guide. If in doubt, size down for a tighter fit.

2. Are your products 100% cotton?

Our materials are chosen specifically for each product. Our oversized tees are made from 100% premium combed cotton or 100% certified organic cotton. Our outerwear, such as the Windbreaker, is made from 100% polyamide for durability and weather resistance. Full material details are listed on each product page.

3. Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide. Our primary market is Europe.

4. How long does shipping take?

Each order is individually produced before shipping. Total delivery time includes production plus shipping:

Production time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping after production:

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 2–5 business days
• Rest of the world: varies by destination

Total estimated delivery time:

• Germany: 4–8 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

All products are made to order.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Is SentierDeGloire a sustainable brand?

At SentierDeGloire, we believe in making only what is needed. Every piece is produced individually after an order is placed — no bulk production, no excess inventory, no waste. We carefully select production partners and materials that meet our quality standards. This is not fast fashion. Every piece is built to last.

8. I entered the wrong address – what can I do?

Please email us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

9. Where is SentierDeGloire based?

SentierDeGloire is founded and operated from Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Our apparel is produced through carefully selected European production partners to ensure quality and efficient delivery.

10.How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
